How can I purchase Products?

Purchasing a product on our website is simple and secure:

  4. Once you’re ready, go to your cart and click “Checkout.”

  5. Fill in your shipping details, choose your payment method, and complete the order.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by the following Steps:

  1. Go to Track Order from the Navigation menu
  2. Enter the Order ID 
  3. Enter the email that you have place the order 
  4. Click on Track Order  
  5. You can see if all the crediential is correct
How can I find order ID?

Once you place an order, your Order ID is automatically generated and shared with you in two ways:

  1. Order Confirmation Email – After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email with all the order details, including your Order ID.

  2. My Account > Orders – If you created an account, you can log in anytime and go to the “Orders” section to view your past purchases and their Order IDs.

If you can’t find your Order ID or didn’t receive a confirmation email, please contact our support team with your name and order details, and we’ll help you locate it.

How can I return an item?

Returning an item is easy and hassle-free:

  1. Go to “My Account” > Orders and select the item you want to return.

  2. Click on “Request a Return” and fill out the return form with a reason for the return.

  4. Pack the item securely and send it back as per the instructions provided.
